Fat Loss 4 Idiots (The original idiot proof diet)

Fat loss 4 Idiots is a popular diet program designed to help users lose weight quickly and easily. The program is based on the idea that you can lose weight by eating smarter, not harder.

It was created by a nutritionist, Dr. John Robinson. The program is based on a four-step process.

First, users enter their information, including height, weight, and activity level, into the program. This establishes a customized meal plan, which includes a variety of foods and snacks that are designed to keep users full and help them lose weight.

The meal plan allows users to eat four meals a day, with snacks in between to help keep metabolism high and hunger at bay. The second step of the program is to track progress.

This means that users will have to log their food intake and activity levels each day. This allows them to see how their diet is affecting their weight loss.
