Brad Pilon is a Canadian-born author and nutrition specialist who specializes in intermittent fasting protocols. He is the founder of Eat Stop Eat, one of the most popular intermittent fasting protocols around, and the author of several books on the subject.
Pilon grew up in Ontario and attended the University of Waterloo, where he earned a degree in Computer Science in 1999. He then moved to New York City to pursue a career in the fitness industry and worked as a personal trainer and nutritionist.
While in New York, he also worked as a copywriter for the bodybuilding magazine, Ironman. In 2006, Pilon wrote his first book, Eat Stop Eat, which explains how to use intermittent fasting to lose weight and improve health.
The book was an immediate success and has since been translated into several languages and has sold over one million copies worldwide. In the years since the release of Eat Stop Eat, Pilon has become an acclaimed authority on intermittent fasting.
